Pune News: Puneville A Building Inaugurates Solar Power Project And Recreation Facility
A new solar power project and ground-floor recreation facility were inaugurated at Puneville A building CHS, Punawale, on August 25. The solar power project, boasting a capacity 50 KW, utilizes cutting-edge Bi Facial N Cells technology provided by Nature Light Energy Solutions. This solar power project is a conscious initiative by the Puneville A Tower residents towards a greener community, environmental benefit, and energy independence.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by prominent local figures including The Chief Guest Ashwini Laxman Jagtap (MLA Chinchwad Constituency), along with Navnath Dhawale (Chairman Adhira International School) and Jayaram Shetty (Ex. Corporator PCMC).
The 50 KW Bi Facial project features Adani Topcon N Cells, known for their longevity and sustainable energy production capabilities. Solar-edge invertor and optimisers with remarkable technology can track each and every cell for generation or issues, if any.
The big in-house recreational facility, almost close to 4000+ sq. ft. space is dedicated to fostering joy and providing a safe place for the little ones to learn art, dance, music, etc. and explore other multiple activities in-house. They will escape into books or catch up on magazines. They even have activities for the residents to rejuvenate their mind and bodies.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashwini Jagtap emphasized the significance of solar energy for the future and complimented the residents on this project being one of its kind in the Punawale area, highlighting its importance of a sustainable energy source. Ashwini Jagtap also appreciated the brilliant thought process of committee members in providing a dedicated, healthy, and safe space for our sons and daughters to learn new skills and activities on the premises.
The committee overseeing the project includes Amit Ghodke (Chairman), Sanjay Purbey (Secretary), Kunal Prasad (recreational areas), Chetan Sindhwani (Ground Floor Beautification) who have been instrumental in its implementation. Entire organisation and management of event and Pooja was done by Women committee members Dr. Anita Kumthekar, Sofiya Patil, Dr. Deepika Gupta and Bhavana Zambre.
The project marks a significant step towards renewable energy adoption within the community, aiming to reduce carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.
