In light of the inauguration program for various development works in the central part of Pune city on August 1st, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pune City Traffic Branch, Vijay Kumar Magar, has announced necessary traffic changes.
The traffic alterations will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 1st. Temporary changes will be implemented at several key intersections including Pune Vidyapeeth Chowk, Simla Office Chowk, Sancheti Chowk, S. Go. Barve Chowk, Gadgil Putla Chowk, Budhwar Chowk, Sevasdan Chowk, Alka Chowk, Tilak Road, Jedhe Chowk, Fergusson College Road, Sangamwadi Road, Sadalbaba Chowk, Golf Club Chowk, Airport Road, among others.
To ensure a smooth flow of traffic during this period, the traffic department appeals to motorists to avoid these routes and instead opt for alternative roads to avoid inconvenience.
