Pune News : Unauthorized construction at survey 38 and 41 demolished in Kharadi by PMC

Pune Municipal Corporation issued a statement informing that  unauthorized construction at Survey No. 41 and 38 in Kharadi was demolished by the building development cell. The  Pune Municipal Corporation had issued a notice to the concerned survey numbers under section 53 of MRTP 1966, but no response was received. As a result, the municipal corporation took strict action and demolished 2 constructions of 11,300 square feet, RCC unauthorized construction.

The demolition was carried out with the help of 1 jaw cutter, 2 breakers, 2 JCBs, 2 gas cutters, and 8 breakers, along with the police force. The entire operation was carried out under the guidance of Pune Municipal Corporation Executive Engineer Ajit Surve, along with the assistance of Senior Police Inspector Raju Adagale, Pune Municipal Corporation Branch Engineer  Prateek Patharkar, and Junior Engineer Nikhil Gulechcha and Tulip Engineer.

The Pune Municipal Corporation is taking a strong stance against unauthorized constructions and has urged citizens to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the corporation. The corporation has warned that strict action will be taken against those who violate the rules and regulations.
