Pune News : Union home minister Amit Shah to unveil statue of Bajirao Peshwe at NDA
State Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil on Friday (10th November) inspected the statue of the great Bajirao Peshwa, which is being erected through public participation in the National Defense Academy (NDA). Patil stated that Shrimant Bajirao Peshwa was a renowned figure in the country’s history and is known for his valuable contribution.
As per further information, a statue is being erected in NDA by Shrimant Bajirao Peshwa Pratishthan. The statue will be unveiled by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
Against that backdrop, Chandrakant Patil went to NDA and inspected and reviewed the work of erecting the statue. Air Marshal (Retd) Bhushan Gokhale, Shrimant Thorle Bajirao Peshwa Foundation President Kundan Kumar Sathe, BJP State Spokesperson Sandeep Khardekar, Sculptor Vipul Khatavkar, Squadron Leader Prakash Shinde, Major Rahul Shukla, Colonel Raminder Singh were present on this occasion.
Chandrakant Patil further stated that Bajirao Peshwa, the greatest in the country’s history, was an aggressive personality. He not only proved his skill on the battlefield, but also managed the administration very well. Therefore, his work is inspiring to the younger generation.
