Pune: Over 3,000 Citizens Register For PMRDA Housing Project
Pune News: PMRDA Launches E-Office System: Get Property Documents Online With A Single Click
Pune/Pimpri, November 9, 2024: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has developed a large-scale affordable housing project with all modern amenities, comprising 4,883 apartments in Zone No. 12 and 792 apartments in Zone Nos. 30-32. Applications have been invited for the remaining 1,337 units, and as of November 8, more than 3,000 applicants have registered online.
“In this project, the allotment of flats was conducted earlier, and for the remaining 1,337 units, applications are open under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). This includes 47 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats and 614 LIG (Lower Income Group) flats in Zone No. 12, along with 347 EWS (1 RK) flats and 329 LIG (1 BHK) flats in Zone Nos. 30-32. The registration process for interested citizens started on October 11, 2024, and by November 8, 2024, 3,085 applications were registered online. The final date for application submission is November 12, 2024. PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase has encouraged interested applicants to take advantage of this golden opportunity by submitting their online applications before the deadline,” informed Dr. Dnyaneshwar Bhale, Public Relations Officer, PMRDA.
