After the recent investigation conducted by the civic education department at the school premises, it was found that the administration has not renewed its licence for the school, nor has it conducted a fire audit.
The school and hostel are run by Creative Acedemy in Ravet.

The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation education department has recommended de-recognizing the school. Following this, the parents of children who are based outstation are taken home as the situation looks uncertain.

As per Sanjay Naikade, PCMC Education Officer, “
The school administration could not submit the documents related to CBSE affiliation, nor could they provide us with information and papers related to the school transportation committee, fees, or teachers-parents meetings. As per our information, over 166 students who were studying in the two schools of the Creative Acedemy have gone home. They stay at different places in the state. They might return for their exams.”
Amidst all this, the police have ensured tight security on the premises.
Moreover, PCMC has also appealed to the Charity Commissioner’s Office to register a complaint against the Creative Acedemy Trust for running the school illegally, as there was no board or paper showing that there was a residential school in existence. They were informed that there are three schools and a residential school for students.

In addition to this, an appeal has been made to the Social Welfare Department to take strict action against the Academy as the hostel could not provide a document of its approval from the Social Welfare Department.
