Pune : PMC holds anti-encroachment drive near Mantri market in Hadapsar
On Tuesday, 5 March 2024, Encroachment Inspector, Hadapsar-Mundhwa Ward Office Dhammanand Sopan Gaikwad undertook an anti-encroachment drive and removed the illegal hawkers.
Gaikwad along with six more encroachment Inspectors Dipali Bhalchim, Suraj Jaronde, Mahesh Jagdale and Kiran Shinde,7 Bigari Sevak, 2 Police Officers, 7 Jawans from Maharashtra Security Force and 2 Encroachment trucks took action.
According to the reports, in total, 7 Hand carts, 5 vegetable vendors, 7 flower stalls, 1 clothes cart, 2 Tadgola cart, 1 cot, 5 low stands, 16 carats, 1 low table, 1 umbrella and 1 fork were among the seized items by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Hadapsar Mundhwa ward.
