Pune, April 21, 2026: More than 50 artists, all former students of Seth Dagduram Katariya High School, are set to come together for a unique art exhibition titled “Reflections”, to be held from April 23 to 25 at Balgandharva Art Gallery.

The exhibition brings together alumni from the 1986 to 2007 batches, who have remained connected through their shared passion for art. Showcasing their creative journeys under the banner of the ‘Katariyans Art Group’, the artists will present a diverse collection of artworks, including sketches, watercolor paintings, and other visual art forms.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on April 23 at 11 am in the presence of chief guests Naval Kishore Ram, Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation; Dr. Nachiket Thakur, Pro Vice Chancellor, Creative Cluster at MIT Art Design and Technology University and Dean of MIT Institute of Design; along with noted Marathi actress Rujuta Deshmukh.

A significant aspect of the exhibition is that all participating artists were mentored during their school years by their art teacher Shailaja Pathak, who played a key role in nurturing their artistic talents. While some of the alumni pursued professional careers in art, others chose different fields, but continued to stay connected to their creative roots.

The exhibition will be open to the public from April 23 to 25, between 10:00 am and 7:30 pm daily. Through “Reflections,” the artists aim to present their memories, experiences, and creative expressions, offering art enthusiasts a glimpse into their journeys.

Organisers have invited citizens and art lovers across Pune to visit the exhibition and support the participating artists.
