Pune Regional Passport Office Announces Next Open House Session On December 10
Pune, November 13, 2025: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune, has announced that its next Open House session will be held on December 10, 2025, at Passport Bhavan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner–Pashan Link Road, Baner, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The recent one was held on November 12, 2025 at the Passport office.
The Open House initiative provides passport applicants an opportunity to directly interact with RPO officials to resolve issues related to applications, seek clarifications, and address grievances. The initiative is part of RPO Pune’s continued efforts to enhance transparency, efficiency, and citizen engagement in passport services.
Applicants interested in participating must send an advance email to [email protected] mentioning their file number, latest passport number (if applicable), full name, and a brief description of their query. A confirmation email will be sent by the Regional Passport Office, and entry to the session will be permitted only upon presenting this confirmation at the venue.
Officials stated that the Open House platform has been instrumental in streamlining the grievance redressal process and ensuring that applicants receive timely and satisfactory responses to their concerns.
The session is held at Passport Bhavan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner–Pashan Link Road, Baner.
Those interested in attending the session are required to send an advance email to [email protected], mentioning their File Number, latest passport number (if applicable), name, and a brief description of the query.
Upon submission, applicants will receive a confirmation email from the Regional Passport Office. Entry to the Open House will be allowed only after producing this confirmation email at the venue.
