Pune: On Saturday, the Pune to Delhi SpiceJet flight SG 937 was re-scheduled multiple times leaving passengers frustrated.
The flight was originally scheduled to depart from Pune Airport at 6 am on Saturday, however, it got re-scheduled to 9:35 am & again to 6 pm, leaving passengers frustrated at the airport.
Speaking to Pune Pulse, Raj Singh, a passenger on the flight said, “The flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 am on Saturday (December 2) but it was re-scheduled to 9:35 am. There was no prior communication about this from the airline. When an early morning flight is there, you have to make a lot of arrangements like coming to the airport very early, etc.”
He further said, “The airline did not make any arrangements for the passengers at the airport. SpiceJet off late has a lot of problems with timely flights departures. The only arrangement that was given at the airport, from the airline’s side as compensation, was a food box & a water bottle. So, the first rescheduling was for 9:35 am but now another rescheduling happened to 6 pm. This is how bad things are with Spicejet. This has happened with me 4 times earlier as well with Spicejet. This is the 5th time I am experiencing this issue with SpiceJet. I am going to file a complaint against SpiceJet in consumer court.”
Kanika Choudhary, another passenger said, “This was my 1st flight with SpiceJet. With the flight getting rescheduled for so many times, it has been really pathetic. I will never choose SpiceJet airline again.”
Another flier said, “The flight was originally scheduled to depart from Pune airport at 6 am today. However, firstly, it was re-scheduled to 9:35 am and again re-scheduled to 6 pm. It is a very, very horrible shocking experience.”
Just like this one, another SpiceJet from Pune to Goa experienced a 10-hour delay on Friday (1st December)
