Pune, November 21, 2025: The 146th birth anniversary of Sadhu Vaswani will be celebrated in Pune and across the world with a series of spiritual, cultural, and service-oriented events in November 2025. The Sadhu Vaswani Mission has announced that the celebrations in Pune will begin on 16th November and continue for nine days.

The annual Rath Yatra, one of the most anticipated events of the festival, will take place on 22nd November at 5 pm. Devotees from across the city are expected to join the procession, which symbolises Sadhu Vaswani’s message of peace, compassion, and service to all living beings.

Throughout the nine-day observance, the Mission will host live talks and discourses by its spiritual head, Didi Krishna Kumari. Her sessions will focus on the teachings of Sadhu Vaswani, emphasising kindness, vegetarianism, and living a life of selfless service.

Cultural activities, bhajans, and community gatherings will also form a core part of the celebrations. Volunteers and followers will participate in various sevas, continuing the Mission’s long-standing tradition of helping the underprivileged.

The commemorations will culminate on 25th November, the birth anniversary of Sadhu Vaswani, observed globally as International Meatless Day. On this day, people worldwide pledge to adopt a meat-free diet as a tribute to his philosophy of compassion for all creatures.

The Mission expects thousands of devotees across continents to participate, reinforcing Sadhu Vaswani’s timeless message of love and non-violence.
