Pune Woman Dies After Home Abortion; Husband and In-Laws Arrested, Fetus Buried on Family Farm
A 24-year-old woman tragically passed away after an abortion was conducted at her home in Pune, Maharashtra. Police investigations revealed that the four-month-old fetus was buried on the family’s farm in Indapur tehsil on Monday.
The woman’s husband and father-in-law were arrested, while her mother-in-law was also implicated. Authorities are investigating the involvement of a private doctor who was reportedly called to perform the procedure.
