R – Day celebrations held at Pearl Drop School

A high-spirited sense of Patriotic fervour pervaded the air of Pearl Drop School ICSE as the students and staff went about with the celebrations on the occasion of 73rd Republic day. The Chief Guest, Mr. Sardar Patil, Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police station unfurled the tricolour.

The entire school was resplendent in the shades of tricolour. The day was celebrated in the notable presence of Mr. Sardar Patil who addressed the students with a very encouraging and inspiring speech. Also, present at the event were Dr. Ali Shah Furniture wala, Principal Mrs. Neerajakumari and Staff. 

The main highlight of the ceremony were the handing over of the torch by the Head Boy to Grade 9 student and releasing of the pigeons as a symbol of peace and love with a small prayer for COVID 19 free world.
The students actively participated in the Virtual Special Assembly conducted on 25th January 2022, by delivering speeches, singing patriotic songs and dressing up in costumes of different states.
