Sara Tendulkar, daughter of cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar and Dr. Anjali Tendulkar, has officially joined the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation (STF) as a Director. The announcement was made by Sachin Tendulkar through a heartfelt social media post, accompanied by photos of Sara engaging with children.

“Sara’s journey to empower India through sports, healthcare, and education reflects how global learning can come full circle,” Sachin shared, emphasizing her educational background. Sara, who celebrated her 27th birthday in October, holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London.

Established in September 2019, the Sachin Tendulkar Foundation focuses on healthcare and education for children, particularly addressing cleft lip and palate impairments. Sara’s mother, Dr. Anjali Tendulkar, a pediatrician and philanthropist, is also a director, reinforcing the family’s dedication to societal welfare.
This year, the Tendulkar family celebrated Diwali with the STF team, underlining their commitment to the foundation’s goals.
