Shops in PMC, PCMC, Pune and Khadki Cantt to remai shut on Sept 19

In view of the surge in Covid19 cases, all shops and malls will remain closed in Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pune and Khadki Cantonment on Sunday September 19.

However, restaurants, food courts in malls, hotels will remain open.

The decision was taken in the weekly review meeting held at Council Hall where deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar announced the closure of shops to curb overcrowding. He said the decision was taken into consideration seeing that on the last day, people would gather at shops.
