Shree Mrityunjay Blood Collection camp held on occasion of Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s birth anniversary
Shree Mrityunjaya Raktasankalan Mahamelava was organized on the occasion of “Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Jayanti ” by “Shree Devdarshan Yatra Samiti, Pune ”.
Dharmaveer Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj sacrificed his precious blood to protect Hindu Swarajya. With the same burning inspiration of Shambhu Raje, the committee members came together to fulfill this concept by freely donating blood to the blood bank of the famous Jehangir Hospital in Pune for the needy patients of the society.
Recently, many news groups had appealed to all citizens and social organizations to donate blood as there is a shortage of blood going on in the medical field. Responding to this call, the members of the committee volunteered to donate a bag of their precious blood for self-government and spread the pure message of social cooperation far and wide. This was heartily appreciated by all the medical staff of the blood bank.
Every member who donated blood was felicitated on behalf of the blood bank and the committee as well. Also, the staff of Jehangir Hospital Blood Bank was honored on behalf of the committee for collecting blood very carefully.
The committee members expressed their gratitude to each other saying that they will try to serve the society by carrying out similar activities in the future.
