Tarak Mehta…. fame Actor Rakesh Bedi, duped by man posing as Army Officer 

Popular film and television actor Rakesh Bedi has reportedly fallen prey to an online scam in which he lost Rs 75,000. 

As perthe  information,  Bedi received a call from a man claiming to be an Indian Army officer. He further said that he is interested in Rakesh’s flat in Pune.

Rakesh transferred Rs 75,000 to the person’s account in trust. But Rakesh realized that he was cheated. “Such thieves call at night. So that if anyone notices that they have been cheated, it is too late to file a complaint,” said Rakesh.

Rakesh Bedi said that many scammers are doing fraud by pretending to be army personnel. Rakesh gave the police the details of the fraudster including his name, bank account number, photo, and transaction details. According to Rakesh, the police told him that such incidents have been going on for several days.

“Fortunately I didn’t lose much money” Rakesh Bedi warns to beware of such people. 

Rakesh has also acted in many Films and TV serials like Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, Sriman Smriti, and Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma.
