Ten dialysis machines now available at COEP Jumbo Covid facility

Pune Municipal Corporation has made available over ten dialysis machines at the Jumbo covid facility at COEP. The facility was arranged for not just Corona patients but also for other comorbid patients. Additional Commissioner Rubal Agarwal from Pune Municipal Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of Jumbo covid facility informed that such facilities will bring down the critical patients who are awaiting for such facilities in this crucial time. This will enable them to get timely treatment. Our main intention is to bring down the mortality rate. 

Rubal further said that we have appointed doctors during night also where senior doctors are appointed and attend to critical patients at night.

Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar, state minister for health Rajesh Tope, mayor Murlidhar Mohol, divisional commissioner of Pune Saurabh Rao, PMC Commissioner Vikram Kumar have been continuously taking follow up on improving facilities at the COEP Jumbo Covid facility. We are working on the guidelines and increasing various facilities at the Jumbo facility, Agarwal added.
