Theatres, auditoriums in Maharashtra to open from October 22

The state government today took the decision of allowing theatres and auditoriums to open from October 22.

Uddhav Thackeray, chief minister, Maharashtra took the decision in a meeting held today which saw presence of Task Force members, MP Sanjay Raut, Chief Secretary Sitaram Kunte, Additional Chief Health Department Dr Pradeep Vyas, Rohit Shetty, Kunal Kapur, Makrand Deshpande, Subodh Bhave, Aadesh Bandekar and many others.

Detailed SOP’s regarding the operation of auditoriums and cinema halls shall be released soon.
