Lal Salaam

Directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, this film featuring veteran actor Rajinikanth is slated for release on February 9. Initially scheduled for release during the Pongal festival in January, the film’s new release date was announced by production house Lyca Productions on their official page. “Lal Salaam hits the big screen on February 9th, 2024! Save the date!” announced the banner. Presented by A Subaskaran, the film boasts AR Rahman as the music composer. In the movie, Rajinikanth portrays the character of Moideen Bhai, alongside Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant in lead roles.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya

Starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon, this romantic drama is set to hit theaters on February 9. Shahid plays a robotics engineer who develops feelings for Kriti’s character, Sifra, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) female robot, ultimately leading to marriage. Written and directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar. It also features actor Dharmendra.

Article 370

Yami Gautam stars in this upcoming action-packed political drama. Recently, Jio Studios teased fans with a teaser video on Instagram, showcasing Yami in a fierce avatar fighting terrorism and corruption in Kashmir. Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, Article 370 promises an intense narrative and powerhouse performances. The film, which also stars Priyamani, is set to release worldwide in cinemas on February 23.

Mirg

Scheduled for a theatrical release on February 9, this revenge drama stars the late actor Satish Kaushik. The teaser recently unveiled by the makers introduces the story of Anil, a young man whose perception is altered after an incident involving his coworker Ravi. The film, directed by Tarun Sharma, revolves around the legend of Mirg, a mountain leopard in the lower parts of Himachal Pradesh. Alongside Kaushik, the movie features Anup Soni, Shwetaabh Singh, and Raj Babbar in pivotal roles, and is produced by Rishi Anand, Shwetaabh Singh, and Tarun.

Bhakshak

Bhumi Pednekar stars in this upcoming crime thriller as Vaishali Singh, an investigative journalist seeking justice for crimes against women. Directed by Pulkit, Bhakshak also features Sanjay Mishra, Aditya Srivastava, and Sai Tamhankar in key roles. The film is set to stream on Netflix from February 9.

Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay

Directed by G Ashok, this family entertainer marks the acting debut of singer Guru Randhawa. Saiee Manjrekar and Anupam Kher also star in lead roles. Scheduled for release on February 16, the film recently unveiled a groovy party number titled “Bottley Kholo,” receiving positive responses from the audience. The song, sung by Guru Randhawa and directed by Meet Bros, features lyrics by Starbog Loc. Saiee is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar.

Crakk

Helmed by Aditya Datt, this action thriller stars Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, and Amy Jackson. Described as the journey of a man from the slums of Mumbai to the world of extreme underground sports, Crakk marks the reunion of Vidyut and director Aditya Datt after Commando 3. Presented by Reliance Entertainment and produced by Action Hero Films & PZ Pictures, Crakk is set to hit theaters on February 23.

Operation Valentine

Cast: Varun Tej, Manushi Chhillar, Navdeep, Mir Sarwar

Operation Valentine unfolds as an intriguing historical action thriller under the directorial debut of Shakti Pratap Singh Hada.
