VACCINATION FOR 15 – 18 YRS CHILDREN TO BEGIN FROM JANUARY 3 IN PCMC
The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on December 28, 2021 issued a notification informing the facility for the children between the age group between 15-18 years from January 3, 2022 for vaccination against Covid19. The birth year for this category should be 2007 and before.
‘The registration for the same can be done on the Cowin Application from January 1, 2022 and can register themselves. From January 3, 2022 the registration can be done at the site itself with the employees at the site.” In PCMC the beneficiaries for the vaccination in this category are around 1,16,700. PCMC is working in full swing to carry out the vaccination process for the same from January 3, 2022,’ informed Dr Laxman Gophane, assistant health officer, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
Gophane further informed that the information regarding the number of centers where this facility will be started and the availability of the vaccine shall be informed within the next few days.
