Valentine’s Day Horror in Noida: Couple Found Shot Dead Inside Locked Car
Two people were found dead from gunshot injuries inside a car parked near Dadri Road in Noida’s Sector 107 on Saturday, close to Pillar No. 84. The vehicle was locked from the inside, prompting police to rush to the scene after receiving reports from concerned locals.
Authorities discovered that the victims, a 32-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman, had suffered fatal head injuries. A pistol was recovered from the man’s hand, leading investigators to suspect that he may have shot the woman before turning the weapon on himself, pointing toward a possible murder–suicide.
The deceased were identified as Sumit, a resident of Trilokpuri, Delhi, and Rekha, from Salarpur, Sector 101, Noida. Families of both victims were informed following the grim discovery.
Senior police officials and forensic experts examined the vehicle and surrounding area to collect evidence and determine the sequence of events. After completing on-site inquest procedures, the bodies were sent for post-mortem examinations to confirm the exact causes of death.
Officials reported that law and order in the area remained stable. Investigators are exploring all angles, including the relationship between Sumit and Rekha and any circumstances that may have contributed to this fatal incident.
As inquiries continue, legal procedures are being followed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the events that led to this heartbreaking loss.
