In the footage, two individuals are seen at night near the railway tracks, with several cooking vessels around them. One of the men is observed mashing potatoes with his feet, directly inside a cooking pot, and without using any utensils or gloves. The other individual appears to be acting as a lookout. The video was recorded covertly by passersby who happened to witness the incident.
