Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber, has been arrested by the Noida Police in connection with a snake venom smuggling case. The arrest follows ongoing updates and controversies surrounding Yadav.

The case stems from an FIR filed against him last year in Noida Sector 39. Today, Yadav was called for questioning by the police, and subsequently, he was arrested.

Yadav has been accused of involvement in smuggling snake venom for use in rave parties. These parties involve the intoxication of attendees with venom from various snake species. Strict action is taken against such parties, which are often held clandestinely. Yadav’s arrest comes as part of the police’s investigation into this matter.

The case against Yadav and six others, including charges under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code, stems from a sting operation conducted by Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals. Forensic investigation revealed the use of cobra and krait snake venom in samples seized from the party. Yadav’s role in procuring snakes for such parties is also under investigation.

Despite being questioned multiple times, Yadav has denied all allegations against him. Notably, he was not present at the rave party in Noida Sector 51 where the incident occurred. The investigation into the case continues, and Yadav has been produced in court following his arrest.
