Stalls selling firecrackers at wholesale rate set up on Kakade ground in Wanowrie

Over twenty stalls have been set up at the wholesale firecrackers market at the Kakade ground near Samvidhan chowk in Wanowrie. The stalls have been set up by Pune Phataka Dealers Association where 20 stalls are selling Indian made fire crackers. The stalls will remain open from 10 am to 11 pm, starting from October 27 – November 7, 2021.

Vikrant Amrale, president, Pune PhatakaDealers Association said, “This is our second year of setting up stalls in Wanowrie. We are hoping that consumers buy from the authorised stalls which are at the wholesale market near Kakade ground in Wanowrie. All Indian made firecrackers are available for sale at the stalls. Through our CSR initiative, we give one stall to a couple who is differently abled. Also, throughout the year we conduct a lot of social initiatives.”

The wholesale market was inaugurated by Pune City President, Nationalist Congress Party and Prabhag 25 Corporator Prashant Jagtap and Corporator Kalinda Punde.

Amrale stated that this is the only wholesale market of firecrackers where buyers can buy all sorts of firecrackers under one roof.
