15 Year Old Boy Rescued From River Near Dapodi Bridge By Pune, PCMC Fire Brigade Teams
A 15-year-old boy who accidentally fell into the river near Dapodi bridge was rescued in a swift and well-coordinated operation conducted by the Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Fire Brigade teams.
The incident occurred on Friday afternoon when the boy suddenly slipped and fell from the bridge into the water below. Locals who witnessed the incident immediately alerted emergency services.
Responding promptly, fire personnel from PCMC and Khadki Cantonment Ammunition Fire Brigade launched a rescue mission using boats, ropes, and life jackets. The teams navigated through the water with caution and successfully located the boy, who had become trapped in the flow.
Thanks to the timely intervention, the boy was pulled out safely and without injuries. The rescue teams were applauded for their quick action and commitment to public safety. The boy was later reunited with his family.
