2,000 Registrations For Affordable Housing; PMRDA Lottery To Offer 1,337 Units
Pune, October 25, 2024 – The lottery for remaining affordable housing units under the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) in Locations 12 and 30-32 has launched, with around 2,000 residents completing the initial registration process on the official website by October 24.
In total, the lottery will cover 1,337 available apartments, including 47 units (1 BHK) in the EWS category and 614 units (2 BHK) in the LIG category in Location 12, along with 347 units (1 RK) in the EWS category and 329 units (1 BHK) in the LIG category in Locations 30-32. Interested citizens may submit applications until November 12, 2024.
Document Verification:
Residents have shown strong interest, with 1,932 registrations completed as of October 24. Required documents like Aadhar, PAN, domicile, income, and caste certificates are verified online. According to government rules, domicile and caste certificates must be from 2018 or later. PMRDA urges residents to submit applications by the deadline.
Application Deadline and Costs:
Applications for Location 12 units under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will be accepted until November 12, 2024. Units are priced at approximately INR 15.74 lakh for 1 BHK and INR 35.57 lakh for 2 BHK.
