26-year-old pedestrian dies in collision with PMPML bus
Pune: Major Accident On MG Road, Multiple Vehicles Collide

Pune: In a tragic incident, a 26-year-old pedestrian lost his life in an accident with a PMPML bus. The accident occurred in the Bhosari area of Pune city on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Angad Achhelal Turha.
As per the information received, Turha, a resident of Gopalganj, Bihar, was walking along the Pune-Nashik highway in Bhosari when the speeding bus hit him causing severe injuries. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, the doctor declared him dead. In light of this devastating incident, a complaint has been filed by a relative of the deceased against the driver of the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML).
Speaking to Pune Pulse, Bhaskar Jadhav, Senior Police Inspector, added, ”A thorough investigation is being carried out in this case. The FIR has been registered under Section 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 119/117 of the Motor Vehicles Act.”
