41st Sahakar Darbar held in Pimple Saudagar

Pune District Cooperative Housing Societies & Apartments Federation had organised Sahakar Darbar in coordination with Ganesh Residency CHSL at Shivsai Lane on 5 March 2022.  This was the 41st Sahakar Darbar in Pimple Saudagar.

Representatives of more than 12 societies attended the Sahakar Darbar. Residents represented their various problems like issue of share certificate, parking issues, formalities to be completed on sale of flat by a member, rights of Associate Member, issue of NoC, deemed conveyance, recovery of dues from defaulting members etc. Issues were discussed in detail and practical solutions were provided to them. Managing Committee members of Ganesh Residency were also present in the Sahakar Darbar.
