59,566 idols immersed and 121 tonnes nirmalya collected by PCMC

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in the last ten days of Ganeshutsav collected over 59,566 Ganpati idols and immersed them. While, 121 tonnes of Nirmalya was collected. Eight collection centers were set up by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in eight ward offices. Rajesh Patil, Commissioner and Usha Dhore, mayor of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation appreciated the cooperation given by the citizens in making Ganeshotsav safe for all.
