81 PMC gardens to remain open from November 1

Pune Municipal Corporation on October 29, 2020 released an order stating that public gardens shall remain open from November 1 but with certain rules and regulations. 

The order stated that the garden is not allowed for children below 10 years and senior citizens above 60 years. Also the timings of the garden shall remain restricted. 

The garden shall remain open between 6am – 8 am and 5 pm – 7 pm. 
No public gatherings are allowed in the garden. With Diwali just around the corner, no programs of Diwali, Padwa, etc shall be allowed in gardens. 
Social distancing and mask is compulsory. Activities such as shooting, yoga, laughter clubs, gyms, benches, children’s equipments and lawns are prohibited. 
If citizens are seen flouting the norms the gardens will be immediately closed. Also, all rules are mandatory for citizens to follow
