This incident occurred on Friday night in the Dadri area, specifically within the Omaxe Palm Green Society, in Greater Noida. A man identified as Surya Bhadana was seen slapping his girlfriend.
The 18-second video captures the moment Surya violently grabbed the woman’s hair and struck her multiple times while bystanders looked on. Witnesses rushed to the scene to intervene and assist the victim, highlighting the alarming nature of the situation.
Upon the video gaining traction online, the Dadri police quickly acted on the matter, leading to the arrest of Surya Bhadana. According to police reports, both individuals are acquaintances who attended the same college.
The station in-charge of Dadri police confirmed the arrest and stated, “Surya Bhadana was taken into custody after we received information about the incident. We are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding this case.”
