Aamir Khan, 61, Reportedly Set To Tie The Knot With Girlfriend Gauri Spratt In Private Ceremony

The Bollywood superstar is reportedly set to tie the knot with longtime partner Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony, marking a new chapter in his personal life at the age of 61.

Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is reportedly set to marry his girlfriend Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony on July 5. The actor, who introduced Gauri to the media during his 60th birthday celebrations last year, has kept much of the relationship away from public attention until recently.

The reported wedding has once again brought the actor’s personal life into the spotlight. Aamir was previously married to Reena Dutta and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao. Despite the end of both marriages, he continues to share a cordial relationship with his former spouses and remains actively involved in co-parenting his children.

When Aamir publicly introduced Gauri, he revealed that they had been in a relationship for around 18 months before making it official. Speaking about how they managed to stay away from media attention, the actor had jokingly remarked, “Dekha kuch bhi pata nahi chalne diya maine tum logo ko.”

He also explained that Gauri was based in Bengaluru for much of that period, making it easier for the couple to maintain privacy. According to Aamir, the reduced media scrutiny outside Mumbai helped them keep the relationship under wraps.

Who Is Gauri Spratt?

Gauri Spratt hails from Bengaluru and has spent most of her life there. She studied at Blue Mountain School and later pursued a fashion course in styling and photography in London.

She is currently associated with the beauty and wellness industry and is reported to run a salon in Mumbai. Reports also state that she is the mother of a seven-year-old child. Aamir had earlier revealed that Gauri is also working with his production house.

Aamir first married his childhood sweetheart Reena Dutta in 1986. The couple has two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. After spending 16 years together, they divorced in 2002.

In 2005, Aamir married filmmaker Kiran Rao, whom he met during the making of Lagaan. The couple welcomed their son Azad through surrogacy and announced their separation in 2021. Despite the divorce, the two continue to collaborate professionally and co-parent their son.

In a recent interview, Aamir spoke warmly about Gauri’s presence in his life and described himself as fortunate to have found companionship once again.

“I am very lucky that I met Gauri. She is great, and I feel at peace with her. We are very happy together. Mujhe lagta hai ab main jaake mukammal hua hoon,” he said.

Over the past year, the couple has been seen together at several public events, including international appearances, further strengthening speculation about their future plans.
