Pune, February 3, 2025: To provide citizens with the opportunity to view the quality housing projects being developed under the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA), Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase has taken the initiative. Special buses have been arranged to transport interested citizens from specific locations in the city free of cost. This effort aims to ensure transparency by allowing the public to witness the quality of work firsthand.

In Sector 12, Moshi, over 6,000 housing units are under construction through the PMRDA. The project aims to provide affordable housing to the needy and homeless, with special attention given to maintaining high construction quality and standards. To inform the general public about the construction process, visits to these housing projects are being organized. Twice a week, interested citizens will have the opportunity to inspect the construction of these units in Sector 12, Moshi.

Free bus services (Bus No. 2) are being arranged from Swargate, Pune Station, Shivajinagar, Chakan, Wagholi, Vadgaon-Maval, Katraj, and other areas. These buses will take citizens to Sector 12 to view the construction and sample flats and will return them to their original pick-up points. Witness the Construction of Your Dream Home

Everyone dreams of having a roof over their head, and many strive to ensure their home is built with quality materials. However, in the city’s large construction projects, it is often unclear which materials are used and who the contractors are, leading to public doubts about construction quality. To address these concerns, PMRDA is offering citizens the chance to observe how their dream homes are being constructed, ensuring transparency in quality and standards.
