SPPU Opens Online Convocation Applications For Degree and Diploma Certificates; Apply by May 31 Without Late Fee
Pune, May 15, 2026: Savitribai Phule Pune University has started the online application process for Regular Degree and Diploma Certificates from May 8, 2026.
According to the university administration, students who completed regular courses in the October-November 2025 examination session are eligible to apply for their certificates online. Students from distance education courses who passed during the April-May 2025 and October-November 2025 sessions are also eligible to submit applications.
Eligible students can apply through the university’s official convocation portal: SPPU Convocation Portal
The university stated that students can submit applications without any late fee between May 8 and May 31, 2026. Applications with a late fee will be accepted from June 1 to June 15, 2026.
The university has also provided online payment facilities for application fees through the official portal.
To assist students during the application process, a detailed user manual explaining the form submission procedure has also been uploaded on the website.
The university administration has appealed to all eligible students to complete their applications within the stipulated deadlines to avoid inconvenience later.
