Pune: Water Supply To Remain Shut In Parts Of Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Vishrantwadi And Khadki On July 23
Pune, July 20, 2026: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced a scheduled water supply shutdown in several parts of the city on Thursday, July 23, due to pipeline shifting work and maintenance of electrical equipment at the Holkar Water Treatment Centre.
According to the PMC Water Supply Department, the shutdown is necessary to facilitate the shifting of the main water pipeline at Nigdi Bhakti Shakti Chowk in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) limits, along with electrical repairs and maintenance at the Holkar Water Purification Centre.
Water supply in the affected areas will remain completely suspended on July 23, while residents may experience delayed and low-pressure water supply on Friday, July 24. PMC has appealed to citizens to cooperate and make necessary arrangements in advance.
