Mumbai: The Maha Vikas Aghadi’s ‘Maha Moracha’ will be organised on December 17.   A meeting in this regard will be held at opposition party leader Ajit Pawar’s Devgiri residence where former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and many leaders of Congress, NCP will be present today.

This Maha Morcha has been  organised for the remarks made against Maharashtra’s great leaders.  Maharashtra’s governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has repeatedly made offensive remarks against Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Savitribai Phule. Despite the fact that these remarks offended Maharashtrians, the BJP party did nothing to retaliate against the Governor, they allege.

Under the guidance of Opposition Party Leader Ajit Pawar and Congress Party State President Nana Patole, a march will be held. In the  meeting, the details of the march will be shared with the workers.

Several political parties members, organisations, and residents recently participated in a grand march in Pune to call for action against the governor and BJP leaders for making derogatory remarks. Although the “Maha Morcha” will be held in Mumbai it will have an impact on the entire state of Maharashtra and also the Government.
