Prabhu Ramachandra’s idol is being consecrated in Ayodhya on January 22. At the same time, the consecration ceremony of the famous Sri Ram temple on Badi Sadak in Jalna city is taking place.

On this occasion, many programs are organized on January 21 and 22. Manoj Maharaj Goud, the priest of Sri Ram temple said that planning is being done in such a way that the Ram temple premises in Jalna city will look like Ayodhya.

As per information, on January 21, the grand Kalasharohan program kicks off in Ananvadi with a spectacular procession starting at 8 AM from the revered Shriram Temple. The procession will feature traditional music and attire, traversing all major city routes. The culmination of this journey will take place at Shri Ram Mandir, where, at 6 PM, an enchanting devotional evening with Manoj Maharaj Gaud will unfold through the melodious ‘Ham Sabke Ram’ bhajan.

On January 22, the main Kalasharohan celebration unfolds with religious activities including hom havan, puja, and more from 7 AM to 12 PM.

Additionally, on this Abhijit Muhurta at 12.30 pm, the puja will be performed by Mahant Bal Yogeshwar Khadkeshwar Baba of Tupewadi Ashram.

In the evening, a grand Deepotsav will be held in the Ram Mandir area. Shri Ram temple was established 120 years ago. The restoration work of this temple was done between 2009 and 2014. For this temple, the stahl stone has been brought from Dholpur in Rajasthan and this is made of pink stone. Iron has not been used in the work of this temple. The total cost incurred is 2 crores.

Kalash, for the Kalasharohan ceremony, has been manufactured in Rajasthan. While Lord Shri Ram’s orange-coloured clothes will be from Vadodara in Gujarat state.

Along with this, the attractive garlands of flowers will come from Hyderabad and the flowers for decoration will come from Kolkata, said Manoj Maharaj Goud.
