Pune, January 11, 2025 – Pune District Collector Jitendra Dudi has urged citizens to adopt the E-Hakk system (Public Data Entry), a supplementary platform to the E-Ferfar system, for various revenue-related tasks such as heirship registration, updating property agreements on 7/12 extracts, removing deceased names, and reducing encumbrances.

Speaking at a review meeting with revenue officials held at the District Collector’s office on Wednesday, January 8, Dudi emphasized the benefits of the E-Hakk system. He explained that applications submitted through this system can be fetched by village revenue officers (Talathis) into the E-Ferfar system for processing. Citizens and cooperative societies can register as users on the official portal (https://pdeigr.maharashtra.gov.in) to access the platform.

Once registered, users can log in to submit applications for tasks such as heirship registration, addition or removal of encumbrances, property agreement updates, and name deletions for deceased persons or trustees. This online platform allows users to upload necessary documents from the comfort of their homes, eliminating the need to visit revenue offices. Applications can also be submitted through Maha E-Seva centers.

The E-Hakk system aims to simplify the workflow for village revenue officers, ensuring greater efficiency and transparency in revenue administration. Citizens are encouraged to exclusively use the E-Hakk system for all such applications, enabling faster resolution of their requests.
