Ajay Devgn, known for his strong, macho roles, recently voiced his opinion on the changing dynamics in Bollywood. Speaking on *The Ranveer Show*, the 55-year-old actor said that today’s industry has more “boys” than “men.” Devgn noted that the dominant male aura, once common in Bollywood, is fading. He mentioned stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, and Sunny Deol as examples of “real men” with a powerful screen presence.

“In today’s world, you don’t see a dominating male personality. All are boys; you don’t see men-men. In earlier generations, even in my time, we saw men like Jackie Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan,” Ajay said. He added that having a muscular physique doesn’t necessarily make someone a “man.” According to him, it’s about attitude and a strong approach to life.

The Singham Again star highlighted how audiences once believed in the powerful personas of actors like Akshay Kumar and Sunny Deol. “When Akshay was thrashing ten people or Sunny Deol was pulling out a hand pump, we clapped because we believed it. Today, we don’t get that feeling,” he remarked.

Ajay believes the shift is due to changes in upbringing, where strong male personalities are less common. “There’s been a change in upbringing. Building a body doesn’t make you a man. There’s an attitude and approach toward life that’s missing,” he explained.

In Singham Again, Devgn returns as the iconic Bajirao Singham, joined by Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff, with a cameo by Salman Khan. The film is a box-office hit, crossing Rs 200 crore domestically within two weeks.
