‘Amrut Sangeet’ mahotsav to host Jugalbandi of Vocals, Tabla and Sitar

Pune, November 29: Pune audience will get a chance to witness the performance of renowned Tabla maestro,  Ustad Zakir Hussain during the ‘Amrut Sangeet’ Mahotsav organized by SA VA NI Sursangeet Sanstha on Saturday, December 3 at 5 PM at Pandit Farm, DP road, Pune.
The program will also feature performances by Vocalist Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar and Sitarist Niladri Kumar. This was informed by Surendra Mohite, Founder of ‘Sa’ Va’ Ni’.

For the first time, Ustad Zakir Hussain will accompany Vocalist Ulhas Kashalkar, which accordingly will be a historical event and will be a treat for classical music lovers as well as for the youth. Ustad Zakir Hussain will later perform a Jugalbandi with Sitarist Niladri Kumar.

This program is paid, and the tickets can be booked on the online platform ‘Book My Show’ or at Balgandharva Rangmandir at Jangli Maharaj Road, Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha in Kothrud and Tilak Smarak Mandir in Tilak Road. On December 3, tickets will be available at the venue only.
