Mahindra lauds four IIT graduates for creating the Aerleap X, a compact, wall-mounted home gym tailored for space-limited environments. Offering over 150 exercises and AI-powered training, this innovative gym is priced at Rs 1,69,999 and has already sold over 300 units across 20 cities, drawing investor interest.
Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra and Mahindra, recently celebrated a breakthrough solution developed by four IIT graduates for fitness enthusiasts with space constraints. Mahindra shared the innovative “Aroleap X” on social media, highlighting the gym’s compact, wall-mounted design created by Aman Rai, Anurag Dani, Rohit Patel, and Amal George. The gym offers a complete fitness experience, designed to fit into even the smallest apartments or business hotel rooms.
“No rocket science here. But a clever convergence of mechanics and physical therapy principles to design a product that has global potential. In small apartments and even in business hotel rooms,” Mahindra wrote in his post on Thursday, sharing a video by The Better India. His post has already garnered over 710,000 views and 281 comments.
According to Mahindra, Aroleap X combines mechanics and physical therapy principles, enabling over 150 exercises that target various muscle groups. It also features AI-powered training sessions that track progress in real time, offering tailored workout routines.
The Aroleap X gym, priced at Rs 1,69,999, includes essential equipment such as a barbell rod, rope, ankle straps, and d-handles. Optional add-ons include an adjustable bench for Rs 10,000, a premium accessory holder for Rs 3,000, a glass front panel for Rs 40,000, and a Bluetooth pedal switch for Rs 7,000, enabling wireless weight adjustments.
In addition to its space-saving design, Aroleap X offers 100 hours of expert-curated content for a holistic fitness regimen. The startup has already sold over 300 units across 20 cities and secured angel investment from Zerodha’s Nithin Kamath.
