Animal Movie Collection : Ranbir Kapoor’s Film Shows No Signs Of Slowing Down
Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna’s film “Animal” continues its impressive streak at the box office, crossing the coveted ₹300-crore mark within just one week of its release. On the eighth day, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial raked in ₹23.50 crores across all languages, bringing the total domestic box office collection to ₹361.08 crores. Despite clashing with Meghna Gulzar’s “Sam Bahadur,” starring Vicky Kaushal, “Animal” has showcased power-packed action, garnering significant success.
Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the one-week report card of “Animal” on his X (formerly Twitter) handle.
On the seventh day alone, the Hindi version of the film earned ₹22.35 crores, while the South version contributed ₹1.78 crores, resulting in a total collection of ₹24.13 crores. Adarsh highlighted the film’s box office achievements, calling it “SENSATIONAL” and noting that it boasts the third biggest 7-day total of all time. Additionally, “Animal” achieved the biggest 7-day total for a non-holiday release and holds the record for the highest-grossing ‘A’ certified film, even after facing a clash with another film.
Allu Arjun, the star of “Pushpa,” gave a special shout-out to “Animal” through a social media post, describing it as “mind-blowing” and praising the cinematic brilliance. Arjun congratulated Ranbir Kapoor for elevating Indian cinema performances to a new level, expressing his admiration for the magic created. He also commended the performances of Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, showcasing deep respect for the film’s overall impact.
