That’s when we discovered sports. As a working mother and dentist, I wanted a constructive after-school pursuit for them. Both my daughters took up archery. My elder daughter, Anvita Shegavi, achieved 5th rank in AICSE nationals, secured 12th rank at the state level, and now will play compound at SFA Championships. What started as a fun activity evolved into a passion, thanks to the guidance of Nitin Ambore, their coach. Today, my younger daughter Anusha competed in the Indian bow at archery.”

Following the spirited archery competitions, the Warm-up Track of the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex became the arena for compelling Football League matches in the Boys U-10 and U-12 categories. A total footfall of 160 energetic boys participated in the U-10 category, while 168 young talents showcased their skills in the U-12 category.
