Avoid using inflammable items during Ganeshutsav
Pune City Police has imposed curfew (Section 144) for the next ten days in Pune city further stating that citizens should avoid use of inflammable items.
Amitabh Gupta, commissioner, Pune City Police said, “Like every year this year too there is curfew (Section 144) imposed in the city. Also, there is complete ban on using fire crackers, using rockets, hot air balloons, etc. Also, Pune Police have not issued any other orders, as Pune Municipal Corporation has already issued orders under the ‘Break The Chain’. On September 3, Pune Police have already imposed ban on using any inflammable materials.”
Gupta added that no other restrictions are imposed in the city Pune Police.
