Beats of Dhurandhar have taken social media by storm, with fans and celebrities alike going crazy over Akshaye Khanna’s viral dance moves. The FA9LA track, in particular, has captured everyone’s attention, inspiring countless recreations online. Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is the latest star to join the trend, sharing her own version of the steps while showering praise on the film and its cast.
After watching Dhurandhar, Shilpa posted a video of herself grooving to the song and wrote:

The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, has been receiving widespread acclaim since its release in theatres on 5 December. Audiences and critics alike have praised the high-octane action, patriotic themes, and strong performances from the ensemble cast. Ranveer Singh’s subtle yet impactful portrayal has drawn particular attention, while Akshaye Khanna’s performance and commanding presence have become a social media sensation. Arjun Rampal’s role has been described as a revelation, and Sanjay Dutt continues to impress with his signature screen charisma.
On the supporting front, actors Gaurav Gera, Manav Gohil, and Rakesh Bedi have received commendations for their well-cast roles, which Shilpa credits to casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The background score and soundtrack by Shashwat Sachdev have also struck a chord with viewers, with Shilpa noting that the music has become her most-played playlist lately.
Commercially, Dhurandhar has been a massive success. According to Sacnilk, the film has earned approximately Rs 555.75 crore at the domestic box office in just 17 days. This achievement has secured its spot among the top ten highest-grossing Indian films of all time in India, surpassing Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal, which had earned Rs 553 crore.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. A post-credit scene confirms a sequel, which is scheduled to release in theatres on 19 March next year, promising more action, drama, and patriotic storytelling for fans.
