The video, which is circulating widely on social media, shows the man misbehaving and even smashing the woman’s mobile phone as she attempted to record his actions. The woman reported the incident to the police, leading to the man’s arrest for threatening and misbehaving with her.

This incident took place at the Canara Bank branch in the Gandhi Maidan Police Station area on Friday, December 6, creating a tense environment in the bank. The man has been identified as Rakesh Kumar Singh, while the bank manager is Vandana Verma. Rakesh Kumar, who works as a contractor, had approached the bank for a loan, but it was denied due to his inadequate CIBIL score.
The man’s loan application was denied because of his low CIBIL score, which made him furious. He began to threaten the bank manager, demanding that his CIBIL score be fixed and the loan be approved. A video of him yelling at a female bank employee has gone viral on social media. In the video, he can be seen pointing his finger at her and threatening her to resolve his CIBIL score. When the woman explained that the bank couldn’t change the score, he became even angrier and caused a scene inside the bank.
The man said, “Zyada tez banegi re, mera cibil thik kar, na thik hua toh dekhna, chamber mein ghuskar kya karenge hum. Tum recording karogi, humko beizzat karogi? Tumko mere jaise aadmi se pala nahi pada hai. Kahin jaakar pooch lena mere baare mein. Koi bank mein loan leta hai toh mere naam par leta hai. Mere ghar mein kaun-kaun officer nahi hai, neeche se upar tak pata kar lo jaake.” (You’ll act too smart, fix my cibil. If it’s not fixed, just wait and see what I’ll do after entering the chamber. You’ll record and insult me? You haven’t come across a person like me. Go and ask about me anywhere. If anyone takes a loan in the bank, it’s in my name. Check who all are officers in my house, from top to bottom.)
The guy started yelling at the lady and even smashed her phone when she was trying to film his mean behavior. The lady went to the police station and filed a complaint against the guy. After that, the police took action and arrested him.
According to the Patna Police, a First Information Report (FIR) has been filed at the Gandhi Maidan Police Station, and one suspect has been apprehended in relation to the case. The police have started an investigation and have promised that suitable legal measures will be taken, ensuring that the offender faces punishment according to the law.
The police posted on Twitter, “An FIR has been registered at Gandhi Maidan police station regarding this matter. One suspect has been arrested, and further legal actions are underway.”
