A Bollywood actress was reportedly attacked and robbed at her hotel in Masab Tank, near Banjara Hills, while visiting the city as a chief guest for a shop inauguration.
The shocking incident occurred late at night when unidentified individuals forcefully entered her room.
According to the actress’ complaint, two women and two young men barged in while she was asleep. They allegedly attempted to coerce her into immoral activities, and when she resisted, they tied her hands and feet before looting her belongings.
The suspects fled the scene with ₹50,000 in cash and gold jewelry.
Sources indicate the robbery took place around 11 a.m., after which the actress immediately reported the crime to the police. Law enforcement officials have registered a case and initiated an investigation.
Authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage from the hotel and surrounding areas to identify the suspects.
