According to reports, the incident took place in the common area of Shiv Bungalows in Noble Nagar. The teenager was allegedly driving a Maruti Swift without a number plate when the accident occurred.
CCTV footage shows the three-year-old toddler playing near parked vehicles on a narrow internal road in the residential lane. As she slowly moves towards the open lane, the car enters the area at the same time. Within seconds, the vehicle hits the child and passes over her.

Residents nearby were shocked as the toddler briefly got trapped beneath the car. However, the driver stopped immediately after hearing people shouting.
In a miraculous escape, the child managed to crawl out from under the vehicle moments later. The footage shows her getting up and running away, indicating that she did not suffer any serious injuries despite the frightening accident.
