Chinchwad : Pimpri-Chinchwad city traffic police takes stern action against bikers posing fancy number plates
The city traffic police in Pimpri-Chinchwad have launched a mega drive against bikers posing with fancy number plates.
In the last two days, over 100 bikers have been fined for this violation. The city police have urged all vehicle owners to comply with the rules and regulations regarding number plates and window films, and have requested their cooperation in the enforcement of these important safety measures.
The police have emphasized that their goal is to ensure the safety of all road users and to reduce the number of road accidents and incidents.
In recent years, there has been a growing concern over the use of fancy number plates and black films on car windows, as they are seen as a potential security risk and a hindrance to law enforcement efforts.
According to a statement released by the Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate DCP Satish Mane, traffic department states “Fancy number plates and black films on car windows are a major hindrance. Bikers and motorists should not violate the rules.”
